Vacuworx lifters are designed to effortlessly handle heavy precast concrete products, revolutionizing the lifting and moving process. Our innovative vacuum lifting technology and reliable performance enhance job site safety and efficiency. Additionally, their compatibility with a wide variety of host equipment, including excavators and cranes, extends their utility and eliminates the need for traditional lifting points that could later require patching.
Heavy-duty lifters, like the RC Series, are perfect for lifting large precast concrete components. The unit features 360° rotation for precise material placement without damaging delicate materials. Plus, all lifters come equipped with advanced safety features and precision controls, ensuring reliable and safe lifting operations.
The CC-TT is among the largest systems engineered by Vacuworx with a lift capacity of 77,000 lb (35 tonnes). Powered by a diesel engine, the CC-TT system is designed to work with gantry cranes. Its pads are specially engineered to accommodate the weight and size of double tee beams but can also be modified for handling other precast concrete products.
