11,888 lb (5.4 tonne) lift capacity

L 127” (3226 mm) x H 23” (584 mm) x W 39” (991 mm)

Weight 1,370 lb (621 kg)

The Octapad concrete slab lifting system is designed for concrete slab removal during road and bridge construction projects. Each of the 8 pads has an individual vacuum that can be shut off for areas of the slab that are too damaged for lifting. The Octapad is designed for use with excavators that can lift and place materials directly in a truck for removal from the jobsite without re-handling. Innovative vacuum technology allows for complete removal of the slab from the road bed, leaving the sub-base undisturbed for the subsequent patch pour.

  • • Designed to lift deteriorated concrete slabs from roadways and bridge decks
  • • Compatible with RC Series vacuum lifters
  • • Lift capacity of 11,888 lb (5.4 tonne)
  • • Consists of eight 14” x 20” flat pads with individual vacuum valves able to be shut off when directly over a crack or pothole
  • • Engineered to lift reinforced concrete slabs up to 6’ wide x 12’ long x 12” thick
  • • Greatly reduces the need for traditional slab-removal methods such as air or hydraulic hammers, drills, cables and slab buckets

CC-TT Computer Controlled Double Tee Vacuum Lifting System

Vacuworx has designed a unique vacuum lifting system to safely and efficiently handle precast, prestressed double tee beams.

  • • Wireless remote operation is safer than hooks, slings or chains
  • • Cameras allow unobstructed views to enable precise pad placement
  • • Vacuum pads engineered and positioned to ensure even lifting and avoidance of key stress points
  • • Use with stationary or mobile gantry cranes

77,000 lb (35 tonne) lift capacity

L 742.5" (18,860 mm) x H 90" (2,286 mm) x W 24" (610 mm)

Weight 16,700 lb (7,575 kg)

CC-MP Computer Controlled Multi-Pad Vacuum Lifting System

The CC-MP system is engineered to work or coincide with standard industry equipment such as shipping container dimensions, crane attachments and trailer sizes.

  • • Designed to lift up to 9 pipes at a time
  • • Consists of 18 vacuum pads with individual controls
  • • Powered by a diesel engine with a cyclonic pre-cleaner

Utility Distribution Poles

Vacuworx has introduced a vacuum pad specifically designed to lift galvanized steel utility distribution poles safely and efficiently.

  • • Compatible with MC and RC Series vacuum lifters
  • • Uniquely sized pad is designed to handle both the top and bottom parts of utility poles with ease
  • • Significantly increases speed of loading/unloading and requires less personnel
  • • Greatly reduces possibility of damage to galvanized coating and exposure to repair costs

1,979 to 3,6925 lb (898 to 1,675 kg) lift capacity

L 180" (4,547 mm) x W 4" (76 mm)

Weight 405 lb (184 kg)

1,700 to 5,400 lb (771 to 2449 kg) lift capacity

Weight 430 to 610 lb (195 to 276 kg) depending on pad size

HDD pipe lifting system uses vacuum technology to lift drill stem and position it into the rig without the use of slings or personnel.

  • • Tilts pipe from 0° to 30° for loading and unloading
  • • Precise angles and joint placement is achieved with wireless remote
  • • Compatible with MC Series vacuum lifters
  • • Lift capacity of 1,700 to 5,400 lb (depending on pad size)
  • • Handles all standard drill stem as small as 3”
  • • Requires only one worker to transfer pipe into the drill for loading
  • • Handles pipe on and off trailer without disturbing adjacent pipe
  • • Meets or exceeds ANSI/ASME standards section B30.20, ASME BTH-1 and AS 4991
